Why holistic touch?  We are "holistic" beings.  Healing needs to take place on a holistic scale because body/mind/heart/soul/spirit all affect each other.  Touch isn't merely physical, but affects mind and emotion as well.  Consequently, in my massage work, I take into consideration the whole of a person - body, mind, and emotion.  My work is oriented towards healing, but I am not a healer; rather, I want to partner with you to help facilitate the change within you that you seek.  

Massage

I use a blend of modalities, tools, and techniques to address:

• Tension
• Knots and trigger points
• Emotional distress
• Physical pain, disability, or injury

Schedule and Availability

By appointment only.  Availability generally between 9am and 9pm, though limited availability during afternoons.

30 minute "Head, Neck, and Shoulders" massage - $45

60 minute massage - $90   

90 minute massage - $130

120 minute massage - $170

Location and Parking

Holistic Touch is located at 13766 Center St. Carmel Valley Village, in the Village Center, in the building set furthest back from Carmel Valley Road.  It is up the stairs next to "Avant Garden and Home", and to the left, in unit 23.  

Outcall available throughout Monterey and surrounding towns with an outcall charge.
